Prescription: wu wi zi 10 g, bai shao 12-15 g, lian qiao 15 g, yu jin 10 g, bai hua she she cao 30 g, sheng san qi powder 3 g (add to tea when ready) Adjustments: For qixu (qi deficient): add dang shen, bai zhu, huang jing For yinxu (yin deficient) add: gui ban, sheng di huang For yangxu (yang deficient) add: ba ji tian For heavy dampness: add fu ling
